Frequently Asked Questions

Trillion Farmland Cocoa Farm City is a large-scale cocoa plantation project where individuals and investors can own managed cocoa farms without personally doing the farming. Through our Farming-as-a-Service (FaaS) model, we handle land acquisition, planting, farm management, harvesting, and sales while investors earn from cocoa production.
Farming-as-a-Service is an investment model that allows individuals to participate in agricultural production without being physically involved. Trillion Farmland manages the entire farming operation while investors earn income from the cocoa produced on their allocated farm units.
Our cocoa plantations are strategically located along the Odo-Agboju Epe–Ijebu Ode Expressway (already setup) and in Ijebu Igbo (in the making), areas known for fertile soil, strong rainfall patterns, and ideal climatic conditions for cocoa cultivation.
No. Farming experience is not required. Our professional farm management team handles land preparation, planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and cocoa sales.
Investors subscribe to managed cocoa farm units within the Cocoa Farm City. These units represent a portion of the plantation dedicated to cocoa production. You own both land and trees. A plot comes with 150 irrigated cocoa trees.
Cocoa trees typically begin producing pods within 2.5 to 3 years after planting and reach peak production between years 5 and 25.
Revenue generated from cocoa production is shared between investors and the farm management: 60% to investors and 40% to management for management costs, as outlined in the subscription agreement.
Cocoa trees can produce economically for over 25 years, making cocoa farming one of the longest-lasting agricultural investments.
The project is backed by professionally managed plantations, strategic farm locations in established cocoa belts, long-term global demand for cocoa, and structured farm management systems. However, like all agricultural ventures, investments carry some risks.

Yes. Investors can visit by scheduling an appointment with the Trillion Farmland team.
Cocoa is globally demanded for chocolate, cosmetics, and food. Demand is rising while supply is limited, making it a strong long-term agricultural investment.
Risks include weather variations, crop diseases, and market price fluctuations. Trillion Farmland mitigates these with professional management, irrigation, proper agronomy, and diversification.
Getting started is simple: contact the Trillion Farmland team, review the investment structure, complete the subscription process, receive confirmation of your farm allocation, and start receiving updates as your cocoa farm grows.
