No. Farming experience is not required. Our professional farm management team handles land preparation, planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and cocoa sales.
Investors subscribe to managed cocoa farm units within the Cocoa Farm City. These units represent a portion of the plantation dedicated to cocoa production. You own both land and trees. A plot comes with 150 irrigated cocoa trees.
Cocoa trees typically begin producing pods within 2.5 to 3 years after planting and reach peak production between years 5 and 25.
Revenue generated from cocoa production is shared between investors and the farm management: 60% to investors and 40% to management for management costs, as outlined in the subscription agreement.
