Cocoa Farm City is a large-scale cocoa plantation where individuals own managed farms without personally farming. Through Farming-as-a-Service (FaaS), we handle land, planting, management, harvesting, and sales while investors earn from cocoa production.

FaaS is an investment model where Trillion Farmland manages the entire farming operation while investors earn income from cocoa produced on their allocated farm units. You own the land and trees — we do all the work.

Our farms are located along the Odo-Agboju (Epe–Ijebu-Ode Expressway) — already operational — and in Ijebu-Igbo. Both areas are known for fertile soil and ideal climate for cocoa cultivation.

No. Our professional team handles land preparation, planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and cocoa sales. Zero farming knowledge required.

Each plot comes with 150 irrigated cocoa trees. You own both the land and the trees — legally documented and fully registered.

Cocoa trees typically begin producing pods within 2.5 to 3 years after planting and reach peak production between Years 5 and 25.

Revenue is split 60% to investors and 40% to management for operating costs, as per the subscription agreement. This applies per every harvest cycle.
